Job Position: Program Assistant (BIC Startups)

Roles and responsibilities of Program Assistant:
– Creating work plans, program timelines, stakeholder mappings, and support in the planning of incubation services administered by BIC Startups
– Support the incubatees (participants) of the BIC Startups through consultation, information dissemination, and responding to their questions or concerns
– Coordinate with the trainers, investors, mentors, and college faculties in launching the incubation programs and activities
– Supervise ‘Venture Studio’ & ‘Boston Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership’ and their activities
– Promoting the activities of BIC Startups on Facebook page and BIC Startups website
– Documenting the tasks, events, and activities carried out by BIC Startups that involves creating and organizing documents and files in Google Drive
– Any other activities that arise in the future as per the requirement of BIC Startups

Education, Skills, and Experience:
– Fresh graduate or currently studying in Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Insurance, and Bachelor in Computer Information System
– Noteworthy experience in conducting events and leading the teams in achieving the desired result
– Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and G Suite software
– Comfortable using online software like Asana, G Suite, Slack, Canva, and so on, which
– The candidate must be passionate about building workplace soft skills, leadership and will be a people-person with exceptional emotional intelligence.
– Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
