BIC Research Conference

The first edition of the BIC National Research Conference (BNRC-2021) was successfully held on the 27th of November, 2021, at Hotel Siraichuli in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The event was organized by Boston International College (BIC) with the support of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Nepal. The event aimed to advance the research findings in management and Social Sciences including business & management, finance, banking, e-commerce, operation management, international business & trade, travel & tourism, entrepreneurship, human resource management, marketing, strategic management, customer relation management, business society and ethics, corporate governance, supply chain management, insurance & risk management and also e-governance management education and their applications to a variety of fields in management, in particular, but not exclusively, by advancing and supporting research in that field, and disseminating the results of such useful research to the public. The conference was attended by scholars, researchers, and professionals from various fields, contributing to the advancement of research in management and social sciences.
