Dear newly admitted students,
Due to unavoidable reason, the orientation and social mixture program has been rescheduled for mangsir 6th and 7th 2073.
Thank you for your participation at the Boston Orientation & Social Mixture Program, going to be held on mangsir 6th and 7th 2073 in Hotel Landmark, Pokhara,
Please see below some general information regarding your participation:
Registration
You are requested to confirm your participation earlier by 21st Kartik, 2073 earlier by 1:00 PM.You can inform to the college by telephone or email. The email address is info@bostoncollege.edu.np and telephone numbers are 056-526203, 531362 and 9848730150 (Mohit Singh Thagunna).
Who can Attend
The newly enrolled students of First Semester 2016 “Fall”.
Accommodation
Boston International College has organized hotel for accommodation to all the participants and teachers/staffs on twin sharing basis. Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be serving by the Hotel. All the expenses will be borne by the college.
Travel
The bus service is provided by the college. Your reporting time is not later than 7:30 AM on 6th Kartik, 2073. The bus will leave from the college at sharp 8:00 AM.
Security
We recommend you to bring anything critical to presenting on your work for your talent hunt round, on a separate external disc or USB Key, Flash drive.
Please take the highest precautions when carrying your personnel electronic items with you and keep them with you or within reach at all the times. Please also make sure you label your electronic items.
Please be aware of pick-pockets and thefts. Remember not have any valuables on show, do not carry anything unnecessarily, and be careful that you keep your belongings in eyesight particularly on public transport. Be aware of any groups approaching you that try to distract you.
Please remember to switch off or mute your mobile phone when attending sessions.

Dress
We suggest smart/casual clothes for the program.
Weather:
The temperature in Pokhara is bit lower than Chitwan should range between 14º to 24º C in November.
Itinerary
Date: 6th Mangsir – 7th Mangsir, 2073 (Monday & Tuesday )
Venue: Hotel Landmark, Pokhara
Day 1 :6th Mangsir, 2073
Reporting to College – 7:30 AM
Departure from College: 8:00 AM Sharp
Morning Breakfast: Please take your breakfast at home before you report to college.
Lunch: 10:00 AM
Arrival to Hotel: 11:30 AM
Academic Orientation and Social Mixing: 1:30 PM
Cultural program and talent haunt: 6:30 P M – 8:30 P.M
Dinner: 8:30 PM onwards
Day 2 : 7th Mangsir, 2073
Sarangkot sightseeing and Sunrise observation: 5:15 A.M
Breakfast: 7:30 AM To 9:00 AM
Life Skills and Motivational Session: 9:00A M – 12:00 noon
Lunch: 12:00 to 1:00PM
Departure from Hotel to Chitwan: 1:30 PM
